Roles & Responsibilities:
Support all training interventions
Lead / assist with training requirement gathering & analysis, obtaining resources, contacting vendors, and/or processing invoices/legal documents
Manage and implement various learning interventions, analysis, MIS and manage stakeholder’s expectations across multiple locations and functions
Manage communication & coordination with stakeholders, employees & vendors.
Research and provide trends on the Best Practices on People Development
Provide administrative support including data entry, coordinating meetings, etc.
Deliver periodic Reports/presentations to Senior Management
Maintain learning records, recommend and/or revise SOPs
Analyze data (using excel and other tools) and present insights
Develop/Document processes.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Has positive work ethics and high levels of interpersonal skills including effective verbal & written communication
Ability to effectively work across geographies, functions and organizational levels
Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to analyze and present data
