Roles & Responsibilities:
Quest Global is seeking an experienced program or project manager to assist the Legal and the Ethics and Compliance teams with planning and execution of major initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to with rewarding work in a growing and increasingly critical field.
Collaborate with Legal Department to understand and scope initiatives and new projects.
Create a workflow structure and program plan for each project and initiative.
Manage the schedule for each project and initiative. Drive and prioritize efforts to get activities completed.
Assist General Counsel with annual planning and budgeting and monitor performance during the year.
Answer questions and provide instructions to other departments with regard to ethical, legal, and compliance requirements, seeking guidance from subject matter experts when required.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Candidates must be current or former Quest Global employees familiar with work processes in place at the Company.
BS degree preferred, but candidates with suitable demonstrated experience may be considered.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and influence skills required
Five or more years of experience with a focus on program or project management.
Must be able to work 1 pm to 9 pm to accommodate time zone differences and collaborate with global team.
