Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in robotic and/or AV simulation, with a strong understanding of physics simulation platforms.

Basic understanding of functionalities exhibited in virtual reality platforms

Proven track record of successful project management and delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Overall 5+ years of experience and excellent technical skills in software development (C++, Python, ROS) and simulation tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Passion for robotics and AV technology.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of project delivery and ensure successful outcomes.

Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Lead and manage the robotic and AV simulation engineering team, defining project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.

Oversee all technical aspects of project execution, including simulation design, development, testing, and deployment.

Ensure efficient use of NVIDIA Omniverse platform and related tools (Isaac Sim, PhysX, Isaac ROS, etc.) for accurate and realistic simulations.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and manage expectations.

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively implement corrective actions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their development and skill growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in robotics, AV simulation, and NVIDIA Omniverse technology.
