Job Description:
We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. This role requires a high-energy individual who can thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a deeper understanding of internal HR policies and act as the first point of contact for all employees.
Design and Execute employee engagement activities.
Maintain & updating Employee Data in HRMS constantly.
Development of organization structures.
Implementation of retention measures.
Implementation of employee benefits like insurance, rewards, assistance, etc.
Solving Day to Day employee grievances.
Required skills and qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Good Knowledge of MS office.
Ability to Communicate and maintain good relationships with the employees.
Minimum 6 months of Internship/work experience in HR.
Knowledge of HR operations and HR Functions.
Should speak Telugu, Hindi & English
