We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various sales and after roles in our company. This role requires a high-energy individual who can thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Requirements :
Excellent communication skills

1-5 Yrs of Bulk hiring Experience

Strong knowledge of sourcing practices

Interviewing skills

Microsoft office

The ideal candidate :
Has experience in Non-IT volume hiring

Has a background in sales and customer support

Roles and Responsibilities :
Sourcing

Using Naukri, Apna, Linked-in, and other online job boards

Vendor management ( Agencies and Digital marketing )

Devising referral plans

Screening – Interviews

Arranging and conducting interviews

Salary negotiations as per industry standards

Ensuring excellent interview experience for candidates

Managing Relationships

Collaborating with Managers and providing regular updates

Campus relations to be maintained pan India

Vendor management and onboarding

Working terms

Timings : 10:00am – 7:00pm

Monday – Saturday
