Job Summary:

Designation – Customer Care Executive/Sr.Customer Care Executive

Shift Timing :-

• Full Time – 5pm to 1am(Canada)
• Part Time – 5pm to 11pm(Canada)/ 6.30pm to 12.30pm(Canada)

Job Location – Work from home

Age – No Bar

Salary – 10,000/- to 15,000/- + Incentives

Saturday- till 10pm working

Week off – Sunday

Experience Required – At least 3 months of experience in Tech Support Outbound Process

What we are looking for….

• Candidate from Tech Support sales process background are welcome
• Candidate must have good communication skills in English
• Candidate should have own Laptop/Desktop, wifi and headphone with mic(Like BPO)
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Candidate should have good convincing skills
• Candidate must have good listening and patience skills
• Candidate should be ready to take challenges
• Candidate should be result oriented

Responsibilities and Duties: Providing supports to the Customers through voice calling and promote the services.

• Guiding them through step by step procedure.
• Describing the computer related problem to the customer
• Transfer the call to the senior for sale purpose
