Full Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.Responsibilities: l Answer and direct phone callsl Organize and schedule appointmentsl Plan meetings and take detailed minutesl Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsl Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsl Develop and maintain a filing systeml Update and maintain office policies and proceduresl Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliersl Maintain contact listsl Book travel arrangementsl Submit and reconcile expense reportsl Provide general support to visitorsl Act as the point of contact for internal and external clientsl Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managersRequirements: l Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresl Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesl Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)l Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workl Attention to detail and problem solving skillsl Excellent written and verbal communication skills .l Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskl Fluency of speaking in hindi and english is a must.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear masks all the time and should be vaccinated while joining workExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
