Your new role
You will be a confident professional who has the passion for sales. Maintain existing clients and referral agent relationships through constant contact and support to encourage the selling and promotion of our products. Source and develop new business through identifying new clients and agents that can also actively promote and sell products. Generate new marketing ideas to open new business opportunities and tap into distribution channels and agents. Complete Sales flow reporting and attend regular Sales strategy meetings. Consistent communication and feedback are also a key element to the role and creating and maintaining brand awareness across the market and amongst clients.
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, having the ability to work autonomously is key. You will be enthusiastic about driving and working towards sales targets. Being a team player is essential and you will contribute to team meetings and workshops. Previous sales experience will assist but not essential, just motivation, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are required.
Education, Experience, and other Requirements
MBA or equivalent qualification with a concentration in marketing and sales preferred
One-to-Two-year relevant industry experience, Freshers will also be considered
Familiarity with ERP and phone systems
