We are looking for Accountant for serving our Real estate needs

Pre-Requisite:

• Must have a internet speed of 20 MBPS
• Must have a laptop
• Willing to work during US hours ( 5 PM – 2 AM IST). Work hours are 5 days a week. Mon-Fri / Wed – Sun
• Monthly additional bonus based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements .
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Report on the company s financial health and liquidity .
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks .
• Good Email, telephone communication with the clients, leads and visitor
• Real estate experience will be a plus. AppFolio, Buildium, QuickBooks will be a big plus.

Qualification and Experience

• 5 Years of experience in Accounting and Reconciliation.
• Bachelors degree is required
• Must be computer savvy
• Prior experience working with Accounts or Accounts Manager.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
