• Develop monthly retail finance schemes in coordination with Sales Manager
• Initiate promotion ofretailfinance along with product promotion through advertisements
• Negotiate rates & payouts with financers, to ensure maximum profitability and also customer benefit
• Discuss with finance companies for co-branding promotional activities of product & price
• Develop and Offer competitive finance schemes to customers as per his requirements
• Maintain excellent relationship with financecompanies
• Support Sales executives by handle customers on issues related to finance2 Processing of Finance cases
• Coordinate with sales executives and/or customers to collect allthe documents of customers

related to finance processing

• Actasonepointcontactwithfinancecompanies forsmoothandspeedyprocessingoffinance

cases

• Coordinate with finance companies for collection of D.O (Delivery order) and payments
• Update sales executives regularly on the finance processing and tentative releasedate ofD.O3 SE training on retail finance
• Conduct training for sales executives on monthly schemes
• Identify gaps related to retailfinance in sales executives and train them on required finance

knowledge4 Customer database updating

• Maintain the database of allfinance customers (In-house finance or externalfinance) in terms of

contract expiry dates

• Informsalesmanagers3months inadvancethedetailsofcustomerswhosefinancecontractis
