HR & Admin- Roles and Responsibilities

• Manpower Management: – To Coordinate with the Head of the departments to finalize the required Manpower.
• Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment: – To be responsible for all the recruitment of manpower at the business unit for all levels. Participate in the final recruitment and induction of new employees.
• Contract Labour Management-Administration, initiating disciplinary Action for misconduct. Maintain all the statutory compliance-CLRA & BOCW License, Salaries, PF, ESIC, PT & keep maintain all the registers and records as per the law.
• Statutory Compliance: – To coordinate with concerned Govt/Nongovt department for compliance of all statutory requirements for on rolls and contract employees.
• Payroll Management: – To timely provide the payrolls output to accounts and coordinate with them to ensure all the details are being considered and ensure that salaries for all employees are processed on time.
• Leave management: – Manage and Maintain the leave details of all the employees.
