Job Description :
8-15 years of experience in carbon accounting, ESG reporting, Net Zero strategy & planning, using GHG standards/protocols, ESG consulting and assurance

• Should have actual working experience across various industries and domains
• Good understanding on materiality assessment, data automation, ESG data monitoring & tracking
• Hands on experience and knowledge about GHG/ESG reporting & monitoring software/tools
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of ESG / sustainability issues relevant to different industry sectors.
• Ability to lead customer calls by representing LTIMindtree well within a customers’ environment and drive discussions with senior personnel.
• Should be flexible to adopt any task as per the need of ESG practice operations
• Applying the subject expertise in understanding the problems, evaluating the solutions, and promoting ESG service offerings
• Participate in bid/proposals for domain consulting and solutioning
• Understanding functional requirements & provide directions to the development team
• Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
• Preparing & presenting client facing presentations/decks
• Close coordination with sales/presales team to fine tune the offerings as per client business need
