As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, the Security Administration Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day activities surrounding general user id administration and access controls/resource authorization requests and issue resolution across multiple environments/systems geographically determined. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to further advance and broaden their skill sets/Cybersecurity & Digital acumen by being a part of a diversified IAM team and working with highly skilled professionals.
Responsibilities:
Day to day administration of systems and user IDs which include creation, deletion, modification, password resetsAssist in troubleshooting provisioning/de-provisioning/access request issuesProcess Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requestsConduct Self-Heath checks to ensure the accuracy, proper authorizations, procedure, and compliance of requests processedExecute daily, weekly checks to ensure access is terminated for exited workersLiaise with Business Unit Specific Security Administrator/Help Desk team members to remediate end-user and/or other process and technical IAM issuesAssist and support periodic internal and external IT audit and SOX auditsResponsible for notifying management of any concerns raised by users and/or anticipating escalationEnsure adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Notify management when discrepancies are found in SOPs and ensure they are updated accordinglyParticipate in projects and initiatives in support of regulatory, audit and IAM directives when called uponResponsible for documenting process/technical difficulties being experienced and timely reporting them to managementParticipate in Project Work as and when requiredCollate statistical data as requested in support of Operational and Performance metrics/measurementsDevelop and maintain as requested, ad hoc reports, surveys, and workflows to support Security Administration functionsSupport generation of periodic user access reports supporting i.e. SOX, security health checking and special privilege revalidationsSupport development and management of performance metrics/measurements for the critical Security Administration processesMonitor system and security logs and recommend areas where automated triggering of notification alerts is requiredEnsure criteria for incidents are well defined, captured and reported to Identity and Access Management Team membersEnsure security configurations and parameters are set appropriately and in compliance per policy and/or standardsEnsure RCA’s are completed, and/or provide support in the data gathering, analysis, meetings, etc. to help produce RCA’s
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of Digital / Information Technology experienceMinimum of 3 years of Identity and Access Management/Security Administration experienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions (e.g. OIM, SailPoint)Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Active Directory, Single-Sign-On (SSO), Oracle LDAP
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s)Six Sigma Certification a plusITIL Certification a plus
Preferred Qualification:
Thorough understanding of Identity Access Management fundamental conceptsPrior experiences with working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutionsSolid understanding of access controlsWorking knowledge of Oracle IdM(OIM), SailPoint IIQ or equivalent, *NIX, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Oracle Directories, Ping Federate or similar a plusKnowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies and use desirableExperiences working within Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Remedy and ServiceNowWorking knowledge of SharePointWorking knowledge of O365 suite of toolsMust have proven analytical and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple competing prioritiesExperience with working with remote teamsAbility to identify and introduce simplification where feasible
