Roles and Responsibilities:

•Merchant Acquiring Operations for EDC, MPOS payment terminals

•Chargeback Monitoring with Merchants & Bank

•Reconciliation & Settlement Processing for Aggregator Merchants across multiple Payment Modes–CARD/UPI/BQR/WALLET/CNP/BNPL/DCEMI

•Monitoring Merchant Queries & Escalations

•Working with Teams on Automation Requests & Developments

•Monitoring & Supporting Team in Day to Day to Activities with Expertise & Ensure no leakage in Quality Nor Productivity.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

•Proficient in Microsoft Office

•Knowledge on Payment Industry

•Experience in Acquiring/Issuing Model- Added Advantage

•Exposure to Interchange, MCC’s & MDR Based on Card Categories

•6+ years of Experience in Payment Domain

•Minimum 3+ years of Handling a team
