EIS EDW is the RealPage Enterprise Data Warehouse for internal corporate applications. As member of our data warehouse team, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices.

As a Business Analyst II, you will be responsible for delivering requirements for enhancements and new development for EIS projects as well as provide data analysis supporting data analytics indicatives. This position will report to the EDW Manager.

• Document ETL and BI user stories by leading discussions

with report users/ requesters

• Liaison between BI team, product/ business team, and

development to steer conversations on BI designs

• Create process and data flow diagrams in collaboration with

solutions architects/ dev leads

• Document and maintain product solution architecture

content on DevDocs

• Document roles, rights and security aspect of an application

• Clarify ambiguous requirements and align technical feasibility

to requirements

• In collaboration with scrum master, optimize stories for

sprints in Azure DevOps or similar agile development

software

• Maintain requirement integrity during QA/testing cycles by

collaborating with QA team

• Analysing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives

• Identifying any problems with the current business model

• Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase

• Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment

• Developing comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels

• Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements

• Hiring, monitoring and overseeing the IT team members

• Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams

• Carrying out periodic quality checks

• Knowledge of business and strategic planning process and principles, theories and concepts

• Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence related concepts

• SQL knowledge is a plus

• Knowledge of Azure Dev OPs (creating User Stories, acceptenance criteria, etc.)

• Business process management and modeling skills

• Clear communicator, able to influence the business and drive change

• Ability to take ownership over projects, lead and build strong relationships

• Intermediate data analysis skills

• Basic project management skills

• Teamwork focus and strong organizational skills

• Strong MS office skills
