Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance oriented candidates with minimum 1 years of work experience of US/UK Sales/Customer Care/Upselling process in an International BPO
• Experience in International Tech Sales, Customer Care, Subscriptions to end users
• Generating Leads for Digital Marketing and Web Development Services
• Selling, up selling and cross-selling brand products, services & solutions
• Converting Inbound/Outbound calls into new business leads
• Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.
• Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator & deal closer
• Creating and Monitoring Sales Pipeline & achieving the assigned Goals & Targets
• Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Implementation & Rapport Building
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Requirements for this Position

· Around 1-2 years of relevant experience

· Excellent people and interpersonal skills

· Working experience in International Call Centers handling outbound sales/customer care operations.

· Graduates/ Under Graduates candidates

· Sound knowledge of MS office and related software

· Good understanding of/ability to learn new technologies and implement technology oriented operational solutions

· Tech Savvy-good understanding of/ability to learn new technologies Analytical abilities.

We offer:

Salary Range –Rs 27,000- Rs 40,000 per month in hand (for deserving candidates)

Monthly Incentive Range – Upto Rs 10,000 Per month

Work Location – Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Rotational Shifts (US Shift Timings)
