Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead brand positioning, communications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sales, e-commerce, and operations teams.

Brand & Communication

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
• Manage internal and external communications, PR, and media relations.
• Oversee development and execution of ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns.

Retail Marketing & Customer Experience

• Design and implement in-store marketing programs to drive footfall and engagement.
• Leverage CRM, loyalty programs, and customer data analytics to increase customer lifetime value.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging omnichannel customer experience.

Team Management & Budgeting

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI on campaigns.
• Build relationships with external agencies and vendors.
