Job Responsibilities :
- Managing the contract workers as per the job requirement
- Execution of the assigned jobs in safe manner
- Preparation of deviation report along with analysis
Education Requirement :
- Candidates having minimum Diploma in Chemical / Textile, B.Sc
Experience Requirement :
- minimum 3 years’ experience in Petrochemical / Polyester Plants.
- Very good at communication and team building / time management skills. Must be expert in all plant related computer system operations, SAP and other modules.
Skills & Competencies :
- Familiarization with the equipment in the area of operations to achieve set production targets.
- To supervise shift operations and attend to breakdown jobs with minimum downtime.
- To maintain records / log books for the job carried out.
- To work on panel and control all parameters on panel.
- To ensure safe operations, WPS / Good Housekeeping and strict discipline on the shop floor of spinning area.
