Join us in driving impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that reflect our commitment to creating meaningful change. As a key CSR champion, you’ll lead community focused programs aligned with the company’s vision, helping uplift lives, improve living standards and strengthen our connection with the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Support Services to plan and execute impactful CSR strategies and initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of CSR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and propose new community development initiatives based on emerging needs and opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships and maintain active coordination with government agencies and departments.
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing programs to ensure high-quality, timely and effective delivery.
• Drive holistic community development efforts that create sustainable social impact.
• Oversee CSR budgeting, planning and optimal resource allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare timely reports (MIS) on CSR activities and outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in CSR budgeting and strategic planning.
• Ability to prioritize and rationalize CSR expenditure by accurately identifying high-impact activities.
• Track record of efficient, high-quality program execution under tight timelines.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training, mentoring and motivating teams.
• Deep commitment to and understanding of community development and social impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferred Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MA)
• Proficiency in the local language (Telugu) is essential for effective community engagement.
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing CSR initiatives, preferably with a strong understanding of grassroots-level impact and stakeholder collaboration.
