• Spearheading the Electrical/HVAC& Mechanical/Civil/BMS teams and managing the multiple outsource agencies.
• A team leader who is dedicated towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams along with marinating the team Morale.
• Proactive leadership for transformational developments and continuous improvement of process.
• Champion of safety who advocates safety as organisational value
• Knowledge of Budgeting and budgetary controls
• Building a sustainable workplace through automation, digitisation, analytics and business process reengineering with the energy conservation mind set.
• Ensuring that the systems is abiding applicable laws /policies/ guidelines of government and non-governmental intuitions
• Liaison with government officials
• Proactively participate in competitions to earn the company better recognition and scandalisation (ISO/ICBG/ASHRE)
• Continuous monitoring of systems and approvals with zero scope for failures
• Maintaining and promoting desired values and behaviours of the organisation
