Job Responsibilities :
1. Assess the training needs for FTTH teams across specified geography
2. Develop conventional and non-conventional programs and methodologies
for training
3. Conduct learning intervention as per business requirements
4. Mentor field resources in alignment with business needs
5. Manage teams of master trainers for effective training delivery
6. Monitor and manage training effectiveness of learning interventions
7. Use data analytics to improve efficacy of learning interventions
8. Create new interventions as per business requirements
9. Conduct behavioral workshops for field force
10. Develop and deliver training workshops on coaching. - Skills & Competencies :
