Job Responsibilities
• Monitor Critical alarms, video monitoring, preparation of various reports i.e.: DSIR, shift Alarm report, consolidated alarm report, arming report, various exception repots etc. Access management
• Provide good support to State SLP
• Monitor the alarms as per the SOP & avoid the chances of major losses to the company.
• Prepare and circulate the various reports with in the given timeframe with accuracy.
• Ensure that the SLP systems are functioning smoothly.
• Provide the time to time review on functioning of devices.
• Coordinate with IT Automation Team for Installation of System Software (Euronet & Hikvision) (Intruder Alarm System) for All SLP Help Desk and assist the state SLP/ store ops team how to operate the Systems.
