Key Attributes and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design and backend teams to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive, responsive web pages.

Develop new user-facing features and optimize existing ones using React or similar library.

Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance and SEO best practices.

Implement front-end best practices to ensure excellent Lighthouse scores and overall search engine visibility.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of the website.

Improve application responsiveness and overall user experience.

Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI/UX issues.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, React Native, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks/library.

Excellent understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with a keen eye for design aesthetics and detail.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Demonstrated ability to write high-performance code that positively impacts SEO and Lighthouse scores.

Experience with optimizing web performance and knowledge of web optimization techniques.

Very strong knowledge of unit testing and the ability to write unit test cases.

Understanding of version control using Git.

A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and web development trends.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Requirements (Good To Have)

React native experience with IOS/Android app building.

Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.

Familiarity with tools like New Relic, Coralogix, Grafana.

Understanding of front-end build tools, such as Webpack or Parcel.

Experience in micro front end architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
