What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Service Representative?

Placing orders with suppliers over the phone, email, or online platforms

Providing credit card payments to suppliers

Verifying order confirmations and following up with the supplier to confirm information accuracy

Communicating with customers via email

Providing different documents to suppliers when needed (tax exemption certificates, permits

for purchase, etc.)

Answering inbound calls from suppliers and customers

Handling different types of escalations (canceled orders, wrong deliveries, incorrect prices/quantities of ordered items)

Providing new credit card details to suppliers

Creating customer accounts with suppliers

What requirements must I meet to join the team?

Basic computer navigation skills and strong communication skills

Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Analytical thinking

Multitasking skills

Attention to detail

Good soft skills (professional communication and active listening)

What do I need to be considered for a site-based work from home opportunity?

This position requires you to independently have access to the following during all working hours:

High Speed Internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps

Ability to connect directly to your internet service provider modem with an ethernet cable, WIFI is not acceptable

Private, dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions

If all above requirements are met, the necessary equipment will be provided
