The role is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who has knowledge of Accounts Payable processes with extensive experience in Invoice Processing, Vendor Payments and Reconciliations in a shared service environment. The key success to this position will be the applicant’s ability to deliver consistent services, manage stakeholders, resolve escalations and improve processes.

Reporting line: Senior Advisor – Accounts Payable

Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:

• Deliver globally consistent invoice processing, vendor payment and reconciliation services with a focus to strengthen engagement and capability.
• Accountable for P2P KPI targets (Payment on Time, aged invoices, minimum volumes in GRIR recons); standard, simplified and automated processes
• Work with outsource partner with a focus on improving the quality-of-service delivery
• Manage potential risks and ensure plans are implemented to mitigate or remediate as necessary
• Making sure there are no failures in SOX audits and work with risk team to automate manual controls
• Balance sheet reconcile and review vendor reconciliations
• Manage/resolve issues and escalations
• Understand the business environment, stakeholder expectation and manage any change
• Support P2P Delivery partners in resolving issues raised by P2P Users

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A graduate degree; with an accounting degree being a plus
• 6-8 years of work experience in P2P domain, with extensive experience in Invoice Processing, Vendor Payments and Reconciliation processes and outsourced model
• Strong experience working with SAP Purchase to Pay
• Proven experience in delivery of process standardization and implementing best practices
• Previous experience of leading teams
• A collaborative approach, ability to work across organizational lines, as a team.
• Strong exposure to global business environments and global roles
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Be self-driven, proactive, result oriented, structured
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
