The Company :
We are a fast-growing family owned company with interests in Real Estate and Construction. We are currently at the cusp of a major expansion.
We are seeking to hire a mature and astute senior level liaison professional.
Purpose of the Role :
The purpose of this role is to liaise with government authorities in UP for real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should have prior experience of liaising with Senior/Junior government authorities in UP.
2. He should be able to liaise with government officials and their subordinates at the local level development authorities for Map approval & NOCs and other issues
3. Willingness to travel 5-10 days a month to different locations.
4. Understanding of Land Laws/Real Estate Industry.

Qualification :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
