Female, smart, extrovert, bold, ready to travel…i member of Core Group of the organization, she will always accompany her superior, whom she is associated in all the meetings, social events etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

For Secretary , tasks are different from company to company but here are some of the main responsibilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, control access to the manager/executive.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organizing events and conferences.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Collecting and filing expenses.
• Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
• Organizing / accompanying the manager’s business meetings,
• Will have to travel in and across the state for business trips.

Basic requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Female candidate, willing to travel, stay, and with no hesitation in attending meetings, parties..if required.

Note : Salary NO BAR for the right candidate….

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
