A service manager manages the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers.

• Hiring, training, and managing employees.
• Preparing an annual operating budget.
• Keeping a record of accounts and financial information.
• Focusing on customer retention by building relationships.
• Managing and controlling costs.
• Keeping track of service and inventory records.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
