Role: GCP Data Engineer – Bigquery / Vertex AI

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain
  BigQuery data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Load data into BigQuery from a variety of
  sources, including cloud storage, on-premises databases, and streaming
  data sources.
• Transform data using BigQuery’s built-in
  features and third-party tools.
• Query data using BigQuery’s SQL engine and
  visualization tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data
  needs and to develop data solutions that meet those needs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BigQuery features
  and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have worked with large volumes of data
  and processing data at massive scale.
• Overall 6+ years of hands-on data engineering
  experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in BigQuery or
  a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with data loading, transformation,
  and querying.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such
  as Google Cloud Platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data
  science, or a related field
