Job Purpose
To develop and augment Digital Financing Platform backed by intelligence to offer seamless experience and value added journey for customers
Key Responsibilities
To explore this platform to look forward to the opportunities for the growth of the company
Provide important market feedback to leadership team regarding competitive offerings, customer needs and generate product development ideas
To work continuously to develop innovative finance solutions largely backed by intelligent digital tools
To ensure adoption of the digital finance platform to avail the loan for customers
To take ownership of special projects under Retail Finance
To work on development and implementation of MIS which are required by the management
Keep updated on the developments in the manufacturing and finance industry by sharpening the skills
Work Experience
Education
Master of Business Administration – Finance/IT
Experience
4-6 years of experience in the banking and financial service (Fintech) industry
Should have worked for startup ecosystem especially the Fintech space
Should have good understanding of digital transformation which are possible in automobile industry
