Job Purpose

The role will be handling the finance business analyst and partnering role for international business and brand/ marketing

Key Responsibilities

Understanding of financial parameters like costing, pricing, profitability and margins

Understanding of retail, wholesale business models (Distribution channel understanding)

Good understanding of Automobile Pricing methodology

Provisions and Budgeting (topline, distribution cost, contribution, fixed overheads, capital Expenditure and marketing spent)

Provisioning and validation of all international and marketing expenses and periodic reporting

Understanding of marketing activities (sales promotions and customer relations activities)

SAP controls (thru different modules) for governing budgets

Budget and variance report for marketing budget (Business and Category)

International business SBP, rolling forecast and demand forecasting analysis

Basic understanding of international business model, transfer pricing and international law

Frame work (Processes and MIS for new business) Establishment of processes for new businesses to ensure proper accounting and reporting

MIS and variance analysis for International and brand

Analysis of monthly overheads and preparing trend reports highlighting meaningful comparison with business plan and last year

Creation and Consolidation of department wise marketing and operating budget for supporting business planning exercise

Preparation of presentation for support in monthly, quarterly senior leadership meeting

Work with brand managers, functional teams, business teams, finance controller tea), IT team for process and MIS automation and Marketing team for their annual budget spend and analysis

Analysis for country and product profitability (profitability, pricing and margin walk)

Value chain analysis from India sales to dealer/ distribution like FOB pricing, CIF pricing and MSRP etc

Understanding of subsidiary financials and consolidation with India books (inter group transaction and elimination of entries between the same)

Knowledge of currency and forex fluctuations

Education

Master of Business Administration from reputed institute/ college

Experience

2-4 years of experience in Finance domain from Manufacturing industry
