Job description

We are hiring for a Fresher/experienced Accounts & Finance executive who can take charge of our company’s end-to-end accounting and finance by administering accounting. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, audits, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

Prepare balance sheets

Process invoices

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

Update internal systems with financial data

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Reconcile bank statements

Participate in financial audits

Track bank deposits and payments

Assist with budget preparation

Review and implement financial policies

Requirements

Graduation in B.com with Proven work experience as a Finance executive or similar role with a total experience of about at least 6-month to 1 year, with sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and numerical skills and advanced MS Excel skills.
