JOB DESCRIPTION: –
- Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails
- Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
- Addressing Queries through Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
- Handling escalation (RM help-desk).
- Solving queries through inter-department co-ordination.
- Call Monitoring and Sending Quality report and give Feedback.
Note: – Candidate needs to have 1 years experience as customer care executive.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
