Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Front-end Engineer to help us design and build web applications, interfaces, and experiences. Our next-generation software solutions are designed to ensure patient eligibility, prescription tracking, inventory management, inventory replenishment, billing, and program management. As part of the Product Development team, you will sculpt the interfaces that our patients and partners interact with. You will work on projects in this area ranging from greenfield initiatives to matured products with a large active user base.

Position Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and curate the web and app-based interfaces that thousands of customers interact with on a daily basis
• Manage end-to-end design and development from the front-end perspective.
• Train and mentor other front-end developers.
• Extract the common code which can be used across different products.
• Engage with stakeholders and conduct product demos on the nuts of bolts of the front end.
• Explore new technologies in the market and implement them through POCs (proof of concepts).
• Assist in the design and development of the internal tools and B2B and B2C applications that we utilize to help deliver services to our patients and partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience mainly on designing responsive web interfaces using JavaScript frameworks and back-end APIs
• Have strong JavaScript/ES2019/TypeScript skills along with React.
• Understand HTML, CSS, Semantic Markup.
• Have a solid grasp of HTTP REST APIs.
• Love clean code, Test Driven Development, CI/CD, and other extreme programming practices.
• Think about systems and write high-quality code.
• Interested in understanding the healthcare domain and designing systems that solve business problems.

We don’t expect anybody to be an expert on all of these, but you should be deeply familiar with some, and a self-starting learner who isn’t afraid to ask for help.
