Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required with one to three years of human resources generalist experience, including significant exposure to employee relations, employment and labor laws, benefits, and compensation.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRIS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates And Licenses
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
