Support the organization with good patch management practice

Proper patching plan for workstations/endpoints and servers
Plans for emergency patch deployment
Reduce security issues, data breaches by keeping up-to-date patches
Build best practice patch model to backup, test, pilot, deployment and roll back
Define proper patching schedules/maintenance windows
Apply emergency patches immediately within 24-48 hours

Support the organization with Server Backup jobs oversight

Review Backup Jobs using VEEAM
Correct jobs that are not working as designed
Report any abnormalities to team

Support the organization with Network/Server Monitoring via designated tools

Monitor Network / Server infrastructure and report critical issues to Paragon Team
Regularly review server system logs for abnormalities

Patch Management Software: Desktop Central 10
Desktop Windows & Non-Windows Standard Patches
Desktop Windows & Non-Windows Critical/Emergency Patches
Server Windows & Non-Windows Standard Patches
Server Windows & Non-Windows Critical/Emergency Patches
Documentation: Create patching criteria & any changes made via patching
Follow backup, test & rollup process
Patch auditing to identify any patch gaps and issues
Generate patch compliance reports w/ patched & non-patched devices by OS, by device type, by criticality
