Job Description:
Prepare quotations on Microsoft Excel for customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge
Prepare costing sheet by taking rates from vendors and price lists
Coordinating with supply chain team to take rates and inventory status
Enter leads into CRM
Digital Marketing on linked in, promotional emails to customers
Follow up with customers for open leads/quotations
Coordination with Sales + Marketing team
Functional Area:
ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service
Excel proficiency should be reasonable VLOOKUP Up/Pivot Tables etc.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate.
Experience:
1 – 3 years
Qualification:
Graduate in Education
