Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be responsible for invoicing, credit note, accounts receivable and payments.
• Review vendors invoices and process vendor payments.
• Managing Bank reconciliation statement and coordinating with banks for smooth operations.
• Responsible for filing of TDS, P.tax & GST in due time.
• Timely closure of Books of accounts.
• Preparation of quarterly/yearly financial statements.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, GST Auditors and Tax Auditors and departments as & when required.
• Reconciliation of TDS with Form 26AS and advance tax calculations from time to time.
• Computation of Employee tax liability in advance & preparation of Form 16.
• Should have knowledge of preparation of balance sheet and finalization of Accounts.
• Preparation of financial reports are per requirement

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be well conversant in Tally.

Immediate joiners or joining with short notice is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
