Roles and Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

Identify customers needs and wants, and provide real time support.

Research reported issues and provide resolution to customers.

Retain customers, who request to cancel their monthly subscription.

Build strong relationships with customers and business affiliates

Work closely with our business affiliates and provide all the support they need.

Meet qualitative and quantitative targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in the contact center industry with a good track record.

Strong, accent neutral verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to remain calm in complex situations and provide resolution to customers in a timely manner.

Excellent listening and time management skills

Experience in supporting subscription based products and a proven track record in the retention of customers.

Well versed with the call center work culture, ability to work in flexible shifts and must be a quick learner.

Experience in interacting with customers in the USA

Proven record of meeting the performance targets in the previous roles.

This profile requires work from office in the US working hours, so the candidate must be open to work from the office in Pune in the night shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
