Samyojak Consultancy Services Hiring for Technical Trainer – Automobile Industry at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

We are looking for candidates with work experience as Technician / Senior Technician / Service Engineer / Diagnostic Expert / Technical Expert as a Demonstrator to deliver practical trainings in automobile industry.

Responsibilities

Help shape the current strategy of the existing training programs.

Collect information related to work procedures, workflow, and reports.

Design technical training programs according to the needs of an organization.

Take ownership of the training batches in terms of time-adherence, attendance & discipline.

Track the progress of employees, preparation and conduct of assessments.

Design effective training material.

Maintain and update training data and generate training related reports on a regular basis.

Collect feedback from trainees and trainers about technical training sessions.

Stay up to date on the latest technical knowledge through publications and workshops.

Requirements

Graduates in Automobile, mechanical or related engineering streams.

2 years of work experience as a Technician, Trainer in Automobile sector.

Knowledge of working with on-board diagnostic equipment.

Troubleshooting of Engine Management System, EGR, Electrical system.

Professional Technical Training Certification will be preferred.

Familiar with the latest training techniques and procedures.

Working knowledge in designing technical workshops and training programs.

Ability to maintain technical support efficiently and effectively.

Proficient in Database software and MS Office and emails.

Ability to work in a team.

Patience to listen and then explain.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
