• Planning and managing end-to-end process of new joiner orientation program in a virtual environment and in-person

• Training new joiners on full-stack development from both aspects on technical & soft skills prior to deploying them on live projects

• Ensuring analysts’ competency as per project requirement

• Perform all program-related tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines and their continued development to create WOW! factor during the new hire induction

• Collaborate with the development team to update and standardize the program content, as and when required

• Periodic reporting of metrics – prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be shared with the leadership and development team

• Support team members and team leads with all program-related tasks, ensure task completion as per timelines with accuracy

• Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.

• Ensure effective utilization of working hours with proper prioritization of work

• Perform quality checks, conduct reviews on tasks and reports before task submission

• Build a connect with team members and share knowledge, tips, and best standard practices

• Assist the team leads in tracking the performance of new joiners after deploying to a project

• Continuous collaboration effort towards achieving common business goals

Key Skills Require:

• Excellent communication, Strong teaching and mentoring in induction experience

• Development experience in full-stack/back-end/front-end technologies

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well

• Self-motivated, driven, with a can-do, problem-solving attitude

• Curious in nature with a lively, broad-ranging intellect

• Passionate about technology and training delivery/Ready to grow rapidly

• Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail

Qualification requires – IT graduation (Mandatory) ConductExperience requires – Min. 6 months of relevant professional experience in IT training/induction, full stack development, soft skills training, managing induction programs, L&D, or related business processes.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR400,000.00 – INR800,000.00 per yearBenefits:
