About The Team
SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is looking for a Process Manager Onboarding with solid knowledge in cloud business complemented by a broad technology knowledge. You will own and drive the process for customer onboarding in sync with latest requirements like RISE with SAP. Ensuring our customers and our success is your mission.
You will actively drive and support the further development and standardization of ECS onboarding and ensure consistency and quality.
A special focus will be on related audit controls, which you will own. You will ensure compliance towards the process definition and audit requirements with different teams during the complete process lifecycle.
You will work closely with various stakeholders from many initiatives, including senior management, to understand the needs, define the requirements and translate these into the process.
The Role:
Responsible for defining the KPIs for the process. Take ownership and ensure KPIs targets are met.
Responsible for documentation SOP/ WI for the Onboarding Process.
As a control owner for audits, you perform regular compliance checks to meet the audit requirements. You represent the process in internal and external audits.
Process impediments: Identify process improvements, align with all stakeholders, and ensure there are no gaps in the process life cycle.
Role Requirement:
12 years experience in ITIL Process Management.
Experience in Customer Onboarding, System Provisioning, Sales process will be added advantage.
Basic knowledge in AWS, GCP and Azure is expected.
Bachelors degree in engineering.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
