SAPPHIRE INDIA PUBLISHERS looking for an intellectual executive assistant or personal assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Desired candidate:Mail drafting and handling coordination between the Director and the corresponding team.Taking Minutes of Meetings (MOM). Follow up with Action items for closure.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Maintain proper communication and follow-ups.Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and Compiling documents for meetings.Working as an HR for Recruiting Employees for different positions.Make travel and accommodation arrangementsRack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsHandling vendor management & coordinating with finance team for bills processingCoordinating all travel activities for all management and executive staffShould have good knowledge of MS Excel.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)
