Job Description: 
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns etc.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blogs that attracts and converts our target audience/customers.
Oversee the marketing activities of the organization over different social media platforms. (SMO)
Build strategic relationships and partner with key agencies and vendors for various marketing campaigns/activities.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Oversee the marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures, case studies and other promotional material of the organization.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Analyze client behavior and adjust/develop email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Smoothly run the email and advertising campaigns to generate leads,
Setup the meetings with the clients/prospects.

Requirements and skills:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
MBA-Marketing with 2-5 Years experience in international marketing.
Demonstrated experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage clients/customers.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/digital marketing.
