Full Job Description
To do the prompt , accurate and timely registration of patients visiting the OPD
To get the concessions confirmed by designated authority and authorize the same by obtaining his/her signature on the invoice
To submit collected cash/cheques/drafts/credit notes to Finance; to identify the counterfeit notes (fake currency) and request the depositor to change them
To ensure minimum waiting time for OPD registration / billing
To briefly counsel the patient about OPD consultants room number and the process to see him/her

Requisite Education – BBA/ Hotel Management/ MBA/ PGDM ( Regular)
