Job description
- Individual Project Handling from RFQ to Final product, Sheet metal parts development & Sheet metal Cost sheet.
- Ensuring timely launch of new product and maintaining product quality.
- Providing technical support to customers in terms of new projects during product development.
- Technical requirement discussion
- Cost negotiation, have to lead Cost reduction/saving project
- Responsible for New Development (BOP, Sheet Metal, Tubular, Machining & Fastener parts)
- Knowledge of Parts/Product Costing on ZBC (Zero Base Costing) concept.
- Parts/Products actualization
- Yield improvement via VA/VE, Nesting activities
- Keyskills
- Zero based budgeting
- Sheet Metal Costing,
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
