Responsibilities for Vendor Coordinator:

• Ensures all documentation associated with area(s) of responsibility is maintained, remains confidential and is properly shared
• Completes all responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner and meets all production standards
• Monitor Vendor Management pipeline and provide support for invoicing, contracts, and other vendor related questions as needed
• Record and monitor vendor service requests and statements of work (SOW)
• Works with other Production teams to ensure database is updated, and is in sync with all the vendors.
• Coordination and intractions with internal teams.
• Assist with research
• Communicate with internal partners on customer account status as needed.

Qualifications for vendor coordinator

• 0 – 1+ Years of administrative assistant or processing
• Ability to have a direct impact on a customer’s cost and service level experience within the Company
• Will be required to periodically work shifts incorporating either an early start or late finish
• Data maintenance, knowledge of domestic and international payment requirements, and File management.
• Good communicator, teamplayer with problem solving abilities.
• Good to have knowledge of KPIs and related calculation in excel/G-sheets.
