Full Job Description
Human resource executive will be responsbile for manging manpower in two divisions (Automobile & Retails).
Your key roles is to understand the needs of respective incharges and creating job desription and iniviting candidates for recuritment.
Your responsibility are as follows:
- Hiring and recruitment
- Creating job descrition
- Planning Interviews and schedules
- Onboarding and training
- Documenting rules and regulations
- Developing workplace atmosphere
- Conflict resolution
- Positive reinforcement
- Recording and reporting
- Managing compensation and benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,500.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
