Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and monitoring annual budgets, forecasting future financial trends, and making recommendations for cost reductions or revenue growth.

3. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations and preparing and filing tax returns.

4. Audit and Assurance: Managing internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules, responding to audit queries, and implementing recommendations.

5. Financial Planning and Analysis: Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing pricing strategies, and assessing financial risk.

6. Cash Management: Developing and implementing cash management policies and procedures to ensure adequate liquidity for the organization.

7. Risk Management: Identifying, evaluating, and managing financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.

8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including accounting standards, corporate governance requirements, and industry-specific regulations.

10. Team Management: Leading and managing the finance team, including providing guidance and support, setting performance targets, and conducting performance reviews.

11. Strategic Planning: Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making, including assessing growth opportunities, identifying cost-saving measures, and evaluating capital investment options.

Qualification & Experience:

Candidate should be MBA Finance/CA with relevant experience of 10 years. Experience in Automobiles/Maruti will be preferred.

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
