SBDAL – Factory Hiring for Production Manager at Bangalore Full Time

1.Monitoring safety norms/any NC/abnormality in shop –floor & conduct the safety audit at all lever(Man, Material, machine, Tools, etc.) Ensure Safety standards, 5s, on time delivery as per company policy are adhered and improved.
2.Overall responsibility for Production, Develop Multi –skilling people through identification of training needs & continuous training and job rotation.
3.Preparation of Daily, Monthly & Long term Production plans
4.Co-ordination with sales team to achieve the sales target.
5.Committed to reduce the manpower, Material cost for the organization, Improvement of technology, Machines, Tools, Dies.
6.Developing instructions for machine operating and maintenance activities.
7. Handling in-house rejection complaints and taking corrective actions.
8. Effective working towards the customer complaints & communicating and educating customer requirement to manufacturing system.
9.Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.
10. Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
11. Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine disciplinary actions.
12.Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.
13.Evaluate training requirements for operators and request necessary training.
14.Utilize Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
15.Responsible for achieving shop floor operational metrics like Productivity, OEE, etc.
16.Responsible for reducing scrap.
17.Developed a very skilled working force and reduction of poor performing employees. and developed excellent customer relationships and purchased new equipment.
18. Increase safety and productivity of operators/workers to enhance the process capability. Sound knowledge of laser, punching machine, CNC bending, Presses (50T to 500 T) Machine Fabrication, Plasma, paint shop & powder coating etc.

19. Welding skills, knowledge and process should be known

20. Should take ownership Total control on PPC, Store, Purchase, Operations, Productions, Transport, Quality, Safety, Administration, Accounts, HR, Statutory needs, resourceful etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift
